A great experience from the consultation, the LASIK surgery, and post-op care. I was indecisive at the beginning whether to go with LASIK or LASEK/TransPRK, however the surgeon Mr Mathai, and staff Zoe, Chris and Elaine explained the process for each procedure and I was able to take my time before eventually me choosing to go for LASIK. There was no sales talk at any point which is why I chose to go with Visualase. The procedure itself was straightforward and over with in around 30 minutes. By day 3, I had clear vision. The aftercare experience for me has been fantastic, with me attending appointments with Mr Mathai and Chris who continuously check and monitor the health of my eyes 👁️👁️

From start to finish this place is exceptional .
I had lense replacement 6 weeks ago by Mr Mathia who was recomended to me by a friend . The staff Elaine and Zoe were brilliant so helpful and made me feel comfortable .
Mr Mathia made me feel so confident and at ease about my surgery .
I got to the clinic at 8am and was home by dinner time . All the staff were lovely there aswell so caring .
My aftercare has been second to none .
And I can see again . An absolute game changer and well worth every penny .
I wish I’d of had it done years ago .

While looking for cataract surgery clinics, this one offered some red flags. First, implying somewhat that EDOF (Extended Depth Of Focus) lenses are the same as Enhanced Monofocal lenses; then, advertising a 3 year, 0% finance deal which allegedly is inaccurate due to changes while the manager was on annual leave. However, a month later, still advertised on the website despite notification. Never mind the reviews, this one fell before the starting gun went off.
